Around the corner from the brewpub, the Keller Door is 4 Pines' experimental arm — a compact tasting room pouring the limited releases, barrel projects and one-off batches that never make it to the main taps. Staff talk through each pour like proud parents, and tasting paddles are the move.

It's a quieter, nerdier stop than the brewpub, best early in the evening before the main venue's roar. Beer people should not skip it; everyone else will leave slightly more of a beer person than they arrived.
