Hum Cafe is a small café at 1b/1 The Corso. It's the newer Hum: the original Hum on Sydney Road, next to the library, closed a couple of years ago, so don't go looking for it there.
The menu is short and simple: coffee, juices, jaffles, salads and pastries. Reviewers praise the smooth, rich coffee, the fresh food (the spicy chicken bowl with wasabi peas gets a mention) and the welcoming staff. There's a coffee card that gives you the 10th coffee free.
It's open from 7am to 3pm, Tuesday to Sunday, and closed on Mondays. It's a good quick coffee and bite on the Corso, away from the busier cafés on the beachfront.
