Tijuana's is a Mexican restaurant at Unit 1, 4-8 Darley Road, with a Peruvian twist. The narrow 76-seat room feels like Tulum meets Cabo, with textured white walls and reed-thatched ceilings.
The menu mixes Mexican and Peruvian dishes. Standouts include the kingfish ceviche, guacamole with fried plantain, prawns with charred bread, and chicken and fish tacos. The bar pours margaritas and pisco sours. There are two bottomless packages, one of them vegetarian, with free-flowing margaritas, rosé and tap beer. There are gluten-free options too.
It opens in the evenings from 5.30pm. Book ahead for a group, especially if you're going bottomless. It's a lively dinner a couple of minutes from the beach, and a fun start to a night out in Manly.
