The local take
The Manly Wharf outpost of the Australian fast-Mexican chain does what GYG does everywhere: burritos, bowls, nachos and tacos at budget prices, made fast enough to beat a ferry countdown. It's on the wharf itself, a few steps from the ferry gates, so it's the obvious answer when the boat leaves in twelve minutes and the family is mutinous.
The hours are its other advantage. It opens at 7am every day for breakfast burritos and coffee, and stays open late, until about 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11pm Friday to Sunday, well after most of the wharf's kitchens have closed. That makes it a reliable late feed after a night out on the Corso.
A 4.0 from travellers is strong for the format. Order on the app if the queue is long, grab a seat outside facing the harbour, or take it on board: the ferry ride to Circular Quay is about the right length for a burrito.
